1. Licence
Tye is provided by MVP Enterprises s.r.o., Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic, Company ID 29933005. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), together with these terms. If they conflict, the Standard EULA prevails.
2. Purchase
Tye offers a one-time lifetime purchase through the App Store. Payment, refunds and family sharing are handled by Apple under its terms. You can restore a previous purchase with Restore purchase on the purchase screen.
3. Your content
Everything you enter into Tye stays on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for the information you store about other people and for keeping it private. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Liability
Tye is a personal organiser. Suggestions and reminders are for inspiration only. Because data is stored only on your device, we cannot recover it if the device is lost or the app is deleted without a backup. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
