How do I restore my purchase?
Open the purchase screen in Tye and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy the app.
Will my data move to a new iPhone?
Tye stores data only on your device. It is included in your iCloud or computer backup, so restoring a backup to a new iPhone brings your data with it. Without a backup, data cannot be recovered.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual people or entries in the app, use Settings → Your data → Delete all data, or uninstall Tye. We hold no copy on our servers.
I am not getting reminders
Check that reminders are on in Tye under Settings → Reminders and in iOS Settings → Notifications → Tye. Focus modes can also hide them.
How do I turn off analytics?
Analytics are opt-in. You can change your choice any time in the app's settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
